​Growing up, I thought exercise was just a way to get smaller. I didn't know much about nutrition, just what I could Google to help me lose weight. ("Zero calorie foods," anyone else?) I had no idea it could actually feel good. I didn't know people moved their bodies or ate well...for enjoyment. 

Going through my own weight loss journey changed everything. It showed me what was possible, and it's what inspired me to become a coach. To help others build confidence, enjoy movement, and feel good about what they eat.

Through years of trial and error and attempting extremes to be happy with my body, I found myself lacking confidence and trust in who I was. Once I addressed my relationship with myself and with food, I was able to create true transformation.

While my initial goals had always been centered around my body and aesthetics, they evolved into redefining who I was, how I treated myself and what I believed I was capable of. My purpose is to help my clients to discover this for themselves, not for a moment in time, but for the rest of their lives.
